作为“机动战士高达40周年企划”的一环，与横滨是合作由株式会社Evolving G营运的“GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA”18m实体大“可动高达”，于2020年12月3日（四）获得了“最大的可动人型机器人（Largest mobile humanoid robot）”以及“最大可动型高达（Largest mobile Gundam）”的金氏世界纪录™认证。
同时，12月17日（四）也于“GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA”举办金氏世界纪录™官方认证的授予典礼，GLOBAL CHALLENGE的代表理事・宫河恭夫表示“这次能获得认证真的非常感谢。没想到人生中居然有机会获得金氏世界纪录的认定。请大家务必亲自到横滨来，亲眼看看金氏世界纪录认证的实体大"可动高达"”。
